Just be extremely careful when renting due to the strict refund policy.Posted onVerified My family group of 7 adults + 2 babies rented Ebike's from Barbel. The two babies were promptly provided with baby seats. The bikes worked perfectly and made our stay in Tulum so much more fun. We could just walk out the door and get anywhere we wanted. We were provided with reliable batteries, chargers and detailed instructions for use. The staff person (and her teenage daughter) were just delightful and provided 5-star service. The trouble shooting tips were exactly what we needed to hear to keep the wheels rolling. And the big baskets on the front were so useful. I would highly recommend Barbel Bikes for EBike snd scooter rental while in Tulum. Perfect in every way!Posted onVerified What an excellent way to explore Tulum! In this heat electric bikes are the way to go. Bikes were conveniently delivered and picked from my hotel for a minor fee... The price for 24hr rental was ridiculously inexpensive. The owners were super nice and gave us a map with points of interest. Definitely coming back!!Load more
