Booking & Payment

How do I book?
Book online at store.mexigobikes.com. Select your vehicle, dates, and pay a 15% advance. Pay the remaining 85% at pickup.

Do you offer discounts for longer rentals?
Yes! 3+ days: 10% off | 7+ days: 25% off | 14+ days: 35% off | 30+ days: 50% off. Applied automatically.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash (MXN, USD, EUR, GBP), credit/debit card, or Stripe link.

Deposits & Insurance

How much is the deposit?
Scooters: $4,000 MXN | E-bikes: $3,000 MXN | Mountain bikes: $4,000 MXN | Cruisers: $2,000 MXN

Is insurance included?
Yes! Full insurance is included on every rental. Your deposit is the excess (deductible) — it’s the maximum you’d ever pay for damage.

What if I damage the vehicle?
Small damage: you pay actual repair cost. If damage exceeds your deposit: you only pay the deposit amount. Insurance covers the rest.

Rental Details

What’s included?
All rentals: insurance, lock, phone holder, assistance (9am-5:45pm). Scooters: 2 helmets. Bike helmet: $50 MXN/day.

What are your hours?
Open daily 9am – 5:45pm at both locations.

Where are your locations?
Aldea Zama and Kan Tulum. Pickup only — no delivery.

What about fuel?
Return with a full tank, or pay a $200 MXN fuel fee.

What about late returns?
15-minute grace period. After that, an extra day is charged.
