Rent a Scooter or Bike in Tulum — In 3 Simple Steps
Getting around Tulum has never been easier. Here’s how renting with Mexigo works — from booking to riding in minutes.
Step 1: Book Online
Choose your vehicle and dates on our booking page. Prices adjust automatically — the longer you rent, the more you save:
- 3+ days: 10% off
- 7+ days: 25% off
- 14+ days: 35% off
- 30+ days: 50% off
A small 15% advance payment confirms your booking. Pay the remaining 85% when you pick up.
Step 2: Pick Up Your Ride
Visit either of our two locations:
- 📍 Aldea Zama — Google Maps
- 📍 Kan Tulum — Google Maps
We’ll take a quick condition video together, explain everything, and hand over the keys. Scooters come with 2 helmets, lock, and phone holder.
Security deposit: Scooters $4,000 MXN | E-bikes $3,000 MXN | Mountain bikes $4,000 MXN | Cruisers $2,000 MXN
Deposit methods: Cash (MXN/USD/EUR), card hold, or Stripe link.
Step 3: Ride & Enjoy!
You’re all set! Explore Tulum freely. A few things to remember:
- 🕐 Open daily 9am – 5:45pm
- ⛽ Return with a full tank or pay $200 MXN fuel fee
- ⏰ 15-minute grace period on returns, then extra day charged
- 🔒 Never lock to trees
